This includes the introduction of a convenient check-in system followed by wayfinding.
Since January 2016, patients, visitors and employees have been able to explore the hospital grounds and be routed to over 70 destinations. In the web version, employees can choose their starting point individually. With the mobile service, visitors can see the directions while on the move.
