The McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Serravalle is located south of Milan and is Italy’s first and largest outlet center with over 180 stores. Designed in the classic Italian architectural style, the designer outlet not only impresses its visitors with numerous designer brands, but since November 2016 also with an interactive 2D wayfinding system. At currently two kiosk systems with screens on both sides, visitors can explore the outlet, which is modeled on a typical Italian village, search for brands or categories, and then have the route displayed step by step on the map. This service of the easyGuide application is available to customers in a total of ten languages, including of course Italian, German and English.
