Since the end of 2018, the digital wayfinding system by 3d-berlin has helped visitors find their way around the Rhön-Klinikum site. At a total of four info touchscreens in buildings A to D, visitors can be navigated to individual rooms and to entrances of other buildings on the site. The individual route is also opened on the smartphone via QR code and the user also has the option of obtaining information online, including routing, on the website. At the Infor counter, users can also print out their route. As a special solution, 3d-berlin’s ‘Car Finder’ is also used in the parking garage of the Rhön-Klinikum.
