The Phoenix-Center, located in the south of Hamburg, offers its guests not only a wide range of products with around 130 specialist stores but also, since the end of 2016, a new service in the form of a 3D navigation system from 3d-berlin. At two interactive kiosk systems, customers can explore the center and select their destination using the map and the search function by stores and categories. Afterwards, the visitor can have the way there displayed as a 3D animation. Not only can they choose between a first-person and bird’s-eye view, they can also opt for a barrier-free route. And anyone who doesn’t want to remember the way can watch the video on their cell phone via QR code.
