The Mall of Switzerland is a shopping center in the canton of Lucerne (CH), which opened in November 2017. With a total area of 65,000 sqm, the mall is the second largest shopping center in Switzerland when fully completed. Visitors can find out more about the center at 13 portrait-format steles thanks to an interactive 2D wayfinding system. Thus, stores can be found in the search by categories or search terms. The location of the stores is displayed on the center map. The shortest route is displayed as a path on the map using the “Show route” button and can also be called up on the visitor’s own smartphone without the need for installation. The center map is also integrated in the analog center flyer and on the website.
