Europe’s largest mall operator is using Guide3D as one of the future technologies that will be launched in two shopping centers on March 20, 2013 as so-called FUTURE LABS. The Alstertal Shopping Center in Hamburg (the largest shopping center in northern Germany) and the Limbecker Platz Shopping Center in Essen (one of the largest inner-city shopping centers) are pilot sites that are to form the basis for future-oriented multichannel shopping worlds.
“We are generally satisfied with the system. In particular, the low susceptibility to faults stands out positively from the operator’s point of view. From the customer’s point of view, we like the intuitive operation.”
CLAUDIA BÖHME, ASSISTANT CENTER MANAGEMENT – ALSTERTAL-EINKAUFSZENTRUM HAMBURG (DE)
