As the first Dutch shopping mall, the Woonmall guides every visitor – whether from the main entrance, the intermediate levels or the upper parking deck – to their desired store: intuitive, self-explanatory and three-dimensional. Five viewpoints, 70 destinations, two perspectives, regular and barrier-free paths result in a total of 1400 3D animations that guide through the complex furnishing department store in the Woonstad Rotterdam. The kiosk systems are connected to the Internet and access the navigation system online. Updates are accordingly always up to date.
